Responsibility职责4.1 Quality Assurance(QA) Department 质量部As the owner of the all the Measure Instruments servic
13、e for Weir Trio, QA team is responsible for the purchasing approval, registration, documentation, record, internal confirm and scrap approval.作为杰弗朗所有计量器具的管理方，QA团队对所有计量器具的采购批准、注册、文件控制及记录、内部确认、以及报废批准负有责任。4.2 Use Department 使用部门AS the user of some Measure Instruments, Use Department is responsible for
14、the submission of the Measure Instruments when finding some issues on time or getting the calibration notification.作为部分计量器具的使用方， 使用部门有责任在发现问题和接到校验通知时，及时地将设备提交。4.3 Supplier Chain 供应链AS the owner of instrument purchasing, supplier chain is responsible for the purchase of equipment in the process of en
15、quiry and procurement issues, when the instrument occurs when the abnormal contact with suppliers to return and repair, maintenance issues.作为计量器具的采购部门， 有责任在采购过程中进行仪器的询价及采购事宜，当仪器发生异常时与供应商联系退货及修理、保养事宜。5. 16、trument仪器的采购 5.2.1 Gauge Administrator fills in “Measuring Instrument Apply List” for Measure Instruments(used internal) to Purchasing Dept. according to the requirement from user Dept. and the following information must be confirmed in the application bill: user, Qty., Apply reason, expected servic
17、e life, expected calibration period, expected cost and so on. 内部使用的计量器具由计量人员根据使用部门的需求填写计量器具购置申请表，此表中应明确信息:使用方、数量、申请理由、预计使用年限、预计校准、检定周期、预计总价等信息。 5.2.2 Purchasing Approval申请批准QA is responsible for approval for the purchasing application. That must be signed by QA manager.QA负责对于采购申请的批准。批准必须由QA经理的签字。5.2
18、.3 Measuring Instrument Purchasing 计量器具采购After the approval of QA manager, the Admin should fill in the PR and submit it to supplier chain. who is responsible for finishing the purchasing process.在QA经理的批准之后，由计量人员填写相应的PR申请单，并提交给供应链，由供应链采购完成相应的采购工作。5.3 First Calibration & Verification 初次校准，检定5.3.1 Ext

20、Accept 验收QA Dept. is responsible for the “Check & Accept” (Including the new measuring instruments verification, To confirm the results of the calibration, Measurement of filing archive records) process. In this process, all the requirement and practicability must be confirmed.QA部门负责计量器具的验收工作(包括新购计量
21、器具品牌型号/规格参数核实、校准结果的确认、计量文件归档记录)。在此过程中，先前的所有需求及实用性必须被确认。5.5 Documentation & Record 记录及存档QA is responsible of the related Documentation and Record of the measuring instrument. The administrator should record the information of Measure Instruments in the REC-QA-99 “Measure instruments Management ledger
22、”. The information should include Instrument Name, Instrument No. , Accuracy, Specifications and models, Calibration Method, Calibration period and collection units, use of state. (The administrator must enact the verification period with the national laws)QA团队负责计量器具相关的文档保存及记录工作。计量员必须在计量器具管理台账中注册并登记
23、相关信息。信息包括：仪器名称、仪器编号、精度、规格型号，校正方式，校准和检定周期及使用、保管部门使用状态等。（制定检定周期时必须依据中华人民共和国计量法）5.6 Grant to User 发放至使用方QA is responsible for granting the Measure Instruments to user side and fill in the “Measuring Tool Borrow List” and update the “Measuring Tool Status”. QA负责将计量器具发放至使用方处，并且填写好“计量器具领用单”及更新计量器具管理台账。5.7
24、 Use 使用5.7.1 The user of the measuring instrument should be trained about operation, generally trained by administrator or arrange professional training.计量器具的操作者须接受操作方法的培训，一般由管理员或专业人员培训指导。5.7.2 Measuring and testing devices before use, the operator must first confirm with or without the calibration

And be used within the validity period.计量器具在使用前，操作者须先确认其是否经过校准/检定并批准使用，且在有效期内方可使用。5.7.3 The person who uses the gauges is responsible for daily maintenance of measurement and testing devices.使用人员须对计量器具进行日常维护保养，保证计量器具的清洁，防锈。5.7.4 When the user or administrator fin

And deal with the defect measuring instrument by Repair & Maintenance.当操作者或计量员发现计量器具存在未校准/检定、校准/检定不合格、出现故障时，须及时反馈至QA部门，并根据产品标识和可追溯性控制程序对所测
29、的产品进行识别，对其测量结果的有效性进行重新测量与评定。确保所测历史产品质量符合要求。当重新测量结果合格时，记录复测值，原有检验记录作废。当重新测量结果不合格时，即根据不合格品控制程序进行处理并做相应记录，原有检验记录作废。并将该计量器具送维修及维护。5.7.5 Quality engineer date back to the unqualified measuring instruments in a month before to the measured historical products.
