WednesdayLesson 1A puma at large逃遁的美洲狮1.语簇的定义:几个单词或短语结合在一起,组成句子的部分。(类似于单词的音节,把单词分成多个部分)语簇的概念为了更完整地去识别或表达一个句子。E.g.: Pumas are large/ cat-like animals /which are found in America.(分成了3个语簇)2.连读规则:辅元连读:以辅音结尾+元音开头的单词直接连读:Pumas are large吞音保位:2个辅音连读Good night3.词

    2、汇:around the corner即将到来的,在拐角处in the corner 在拐角里/on the corner在拐角外on the trail 找到线索、痕迹convince sb. of sth. 使某人相信某事cat-like 派生词(词根+后缀),dream-like 如梦一般的wherever=at any place. leave behind 遗忘manage to do sth. 设法做某事(事情已成功)try to do sth. 尝试做某或(事情未成功)4.跟读训练:跟读时速度要比原音慢一些。5.长难句:When reports came into London
