8、 incorporate the new data center, which consists of a Unix / Novell environment supporting a laboratory / engineering / office environment; connectivity to GMs design centers located in Warren, Italy, Russelsheim, and California; connectivity to suppliers, connectivity to GMs corporate network, dial
9、 in capability; and knowledge transfer systems for GM employees. Develop a Network Management Architecture Develop a Network Security Architecture Provide details of the proposed infrastructure design plans and resource requirements. Work with General Motors project team and service providers to acc

13、ts Assessment Phase: Subcontractor will perform a detailed requirements assessment to gather information on the business drivers for Customers network initiatives. Understanding the underlying business drivers for network initiatives, and particularly, the business impact which each initiative will
14、have, will allow the development of an effective design.The assessment will be accomplished by conducting interviews with key management and technical personnel as well as by gathering data from existing networks, systems, and processes.The output of this phase will be an Assessment Report document
15、summarizing the information collected during the assessment.1.2.3 Requirements Definition Phase: Using the output from the Assessment Phase, outline the specific network, system, and process requirements to meet overall Network Architecture Design objectives.The output of this phase will be a Gap An
16、alysis Report document which details the gaps between the current state network and what the requirements are for key forward network architecture initiatives, including network security procedures and definitions. 1.2.4 Design Phase: The Gap Analysis Report will be used to design a functional archi

This architecture will be validated by leveraging expert input from various Cisco technology areas including Internetwork Design and Engineering, Information Security, Network Management, and Business Process Engineering.1.2.5 Final Report: Once the functional architecture h

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES.2.1 Subcontractor shall provide Network Architecture Design and Engineering Services as specified
21、 in Section 1.1. 2.2 Cisco shall ensure the following Customer responsibilities are completed:2.2.1 Customer shall designate a person to whom all Subcontractor communications may be addressed and who has the authority to act on all aspects of the Services. Such person shall be identified below.2.2.2
22、 Customer shall provide reasonable access to computer equipment, facilities, work space and telephone for Ciscos use during the project.2.2.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, Customer shall respond within two (2) business days of Subcontractors request for documentation or information need
23、ed for the project. 2.3 Cisco shall provide a single point of contact designated as the primary Cisco Project Manager. Such person shall be identified in Section 1.4 of this SOW. The Cisco Project Manger shall have authority to act on behalf of Cisco to resolve any and all issues that arise during t
24、he execution of this Project.3. COMPLETION. Acceptance of the Services and Subcontractor Work Product described in this SOW shall occur on the date such Services and Subcontractor Work Product have met the completion criteria specified in the Statement of Work to the satisfaction of Cisco, as eviden
25、ced by issuance of written confirmation of completion and acceptance by Cisco ( Appendix A). Final acceptance of Services or Subcontractor Work Product may, in Ciscos discretion, be held in abeyance pending final acceptance of same by the Customer.4. 27、 of any reasonable travel and living expenses and/or material expenses incurred in support of this Statement of Work. Such expenses will be invoiced separately at actual cost and shall be supported by documentation of actual charges incurred (i.e. receipts). Actual billable expenses shall be jointly
28、 agreed upon by Subcontractor and Cisco in accordance with this SOW. Total estimated expenses for completion of the work herein shall not exceed $7,500.4.1.3 Pricing is based on Subcontractors Services as set forth in this SOW. Any changes to those Services must be approved in advanced by Cisco and
29、shall be managed per the procedures specified under the Section titled Change Management Procedures. Parties acknowledge and agree that any change to the Services may result in an adjustment in Subcontractors pricing.4.2 Purchase Order Issuance: Cisco shall place orders for Services by issuing a wri
30、tten Purchase Order to Subcontractor for the total combined amount indicated in Sections 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 ($81,900.00). Subcontractor shall not commence Services until a Cisco Purchase Order is received. The terms and conditions of the SOW and the Agreement prevail regardless of any conflicting terms
