4、计，并且生产的产品与提交给客户的确认图保持一致。2-1 Machinery equipment 机械设备(1) Hosting and luffing winches 上卷和俯仰（变幅）卷扬机These winches are accommodated in the crane housing with the state of the luffing winch installed over the hoisting winch. 卷扬机组安装在吊机机械室内，其中俯仰卷扬机安装在上卷卷扬机之上。These winch drums can be driven by the hydraulic
5、motor through planetary reduction gear. The reduction gear is in the enclosed casing and lubricated by oil bathing.液压马达通过行星减速机驱动卷扬机滚筒，减速机采用封闭油浴式润滑设计。Each winch has spherical roller bearing to improve efficiency.每个卷扬机均采用球面滚柱轴承来提高效率。In addition, as the winch drum is grooved, the wire rope can be wound

7、ce 回转装置This crane is installed on the turn table bearing which is subject to the overturning moment and thrusting load at the same time. 起重机安装在转台轴承上，同时受倾覆力矩和反向负载力的作用。The inner ring of the turn table bearing is provided with the internal gears and is fixed to hull P3post by bolting. Also the outer ri
8、ng is fixed to the crane base by bolting.回转轴承内轮加工有内齿，并用螺栓与固定塔身（下筒体）法兰连接，外轮用螺栓与起重机台板连接。The slewing device consists of the hydraulic motor, planetary reduction gear, pinion, hydraulic disc brake and the pinion is engaged with the internal gear of the turn table bearing. The reduction gear is in the en
