The system supply steam to boiler and turbine user.1
4、.1辅助蒸汽系统主要向以下用户提供汽源：Auxiliary steam system is mainly supplying steam to the following users:a. 机组启动时加热除氧器Supplying steam to deaerator and heating the feeding water for the unit initial start up b. 机组启动时向轴封系统提供蒸汽Supplying steam to turbine gland seal system for the unit start upc. 低负荷时，向小汽轮机提供启动蒸汽Supp
5、lying steam to BFPT at the lower loadd. 向2号机组提供辅助蒸汽Supplying steam to Unit 2 auxiliary steam headere. 向磨煤机提供消防蒸汽Supplying steam to mills for fire fightingf. 向燃油系统提供吹扫蒸汽Supplying steam to fuel oil purging systemg. 向送风机暖风器提供加热蒸汽Supplying steam to draft fan air heater1.2辅助蒸汽气源主要由以下供给：Sources of auxilia
6、ry steam will be as follows:a. 启动锅炉，本期工程安装一台35t/h容量的启动锅炉，向机组各个用户例如除氧器加热，汽轮机轴封等提供蒸汽，额定启动锅炉压力为1.27Mpa，温度为350。启动锅炉供给辅助蒸汽联想的蒸汽流量由安装在启动锅炉向辅助蒸汽母管供汽管道中间的控制阀门来控制。Start-up boiler，One auxiliary boiler with capacity of 35t/h will be equipped for this project in order to supply steam to all necessary consumer p
7、oints such as Deareator heating and steam turbine gland steam during the unit starting up. The rated steam pressure of auxiliary boiler is 1.27MPa, and temperature is 350. The control valve will be provided in the outlet piping of aux. boiler feed water pump to control steam flow.b. 冷再，冷再参数满足辅助蒸汽系统参
8、数要求时，辅助蒸汽系统蒸汽将由冷再供给一般情况下，机组启动过程中或者低负荷或者机组FCB后带小岛运行条件下，汽轮机旁路处于投入运行状态，这时可以根据需要将辅助蒸汽气源切换至冷再供给。Cold reheat (10LBG12BR002), And the steam will be supplied by cold reheat steam system when the pressure and temperature meet the requirement of the auxiliary steam system. The auxiliary steam will be supplied
9、 from cold reheat steam piping at the following conditions. The turbine bypass system launch during the period of unit start-up or low load operation or the unit load rejection and running with house load operation.As per flow direction, the following accessories are equipped on the piping for respe
10、ctive function: A flow measurement nozzle (1LBG12CF001) is installed on this pipe to measure the steam quantity supplied by the CRH steam. An electric motor operated isolating valve (1LBG12AA110) is installed before the pressure regulating valve. A pressure regulating valve (1LBG12AA210) is designed
11、 on the piping that is used to keep downstream in a proper pressure range 0.81.27MPa. A check valve (1LBG12AA010) is installed after the regulating valve in order to prevent the steam flow back to turbine once the valve was operated improperly during operation, An electric motor operated isolating v
12、alve (1LBG12AA120) is installed after the check valve to isolate the piping from the header.c. 主机四段抽汽, 根据辅助蒸汽系统需要，当四段抽汽蒸汽参数满足辅助蒸汽系统参数要求时，可以将四段抽汽作为辅助蒸汽汽源。There is another steam supply piping (10LBG11BR010) that is designed from the No.4 extraction steam to auxiliary steam header. And base the steam c
13、onsumption requirement, when the unit load increased and extraction steam parameters meet the requirement of the auxiliary steam system, the steam can be supplied by No.4 extraction steam;2 调试目的及范围Commissioning object and scope2.1 调试目的Commissioning objecta.清除锅炉、汽轮机辅助蒸汽用户相关管道内焊渣、铁锈等固体颗粒物。确保辅助蒸汽系统吹扫干净

To make sure the auxiliary steam system blowing cleanly.b. 系统阀门正确动作。To make sure all the valves of system can be operation correctly, and the state of site and DCS are consistent.c.系统测点通道校对正确、测点量程正确。To
