    1、外研社新版七年级下册Module2知识点一、重点单词speak say一般作及物动词用,着重说话的内容,它的宾语可以是名词,代词或宾语从句。 Please say it in English. 请用英语用。 speak强调说的动作,不强调所说的内容 。作及物动词时,常以某种语言作宾语。作不及物动词时,常见的搭配形式有: speak of something/somebody谈到某事(某人)speak to sb 跟某人讲话,此外speak还可用于在较为正式的场合了表演讲或演说。 Can you speak Japanese? 你会说日语吗? She is speaking to her tea

    2、cher. 她正在跟她的老师说话。 talk 一般为不及物动词,意思是“交谈,谈话,着重强调两具之间的相互说话。 eg: She is talking with Lucy in English. What are you talking about? 你们在谈论什么? The teacher is talking to him. 老师正在和他谈话。 tell常作及物动词,意为“讲述,告诉,动词常跟双宾语。 tell sb sthtell sth to sb告诉某人某事。 eg: He is telling the children a story. Did you tell her the n

    3、ews?Did you tell the news to her? join 参加(1)指加入某个党派,团体组织等,成为其成员之一,意为:“参军、入团、入党”等。如:When did your brother join the army? 你哥哥什么时候参军的?(2)和某人一道做某事,其结构为:join sb. in (doing) sth.,根据上下文,in (doing) sth. 也可以省去。如:Will you join us in the discussion? 你参加我们的讨论吗?Were going to the East Lake Park on Sunday. Will yo

    4、u join us?【辨析】take part in 指参加会议或群众性活动等,着重说明句子主语参加该项活动并在活动中发挥作用。如:Well take part in social practice during the summer vacation.because 因为,只能放在句子中间,在它之前的是结果,后面的是原因.例如:I didnt go to school because I caught a cold.so做所以解释时也是放在句子中间,在它之前的是原因,后面的是结果.例如:I caught a cold so I didnt go to school.can(1) can表示体

    5、力和脑力方面的能力,或根据客观条件能做某种动作的能力。例如:Can you ride a bike?你会骑自行车吗?What can I do for you?要帮忙吗?Can you make a cake?你会做蛋糕吗?(2) can用在否定句和疑问句中时有时表示说话人的怀疑猜测或不肯定。例如:Where can he be?他会在什么地方呢?Can the news be true?这个消息会是真的吗?It surely cant be six oclock already?不可能已经六点钟了吧?You cant be hungry so soon,Tom,youve just had

    6、lunch.汤姆,你不可能饿得这么快,你刚吃过午饭。What can he mean?他会是什么意思?在日常会话中,can可代替may表示允许,may比较正式。例如:You can come in any time.你随时都可以来。- Can I use your pen?我能用你的钢笔吗?- Of course,you can.当然可以。You can have my seat,Im going now.我要走了,你坐我的座位吧。(3) couldcould 是 can的过去式,表示过去有过的能力和可能性(在否定和疑问句中)。例如:The doctor said he could help

    7、him.(能力)医生说他能帮助他。Lily could swim when she was four years old.(能力)当丽丽四岁的时候她就会游泳。At that time we thought the story could be true.(可能性)那时我们以为所说的可能是真的。could可代替can表示现在时间的动作,但语气较为婉转。例如:Could I speak to John,please?我能和约翰说话吗?Could you?在口语中表示请求对方做事。例如:Could you wait half an hour?请你等半个小时好吗?Could you please ri

    8、ng again at six?六点钟请你再打电话好吗?(4) can的形式只有现在式can和过去式could两种形式。能表示一般现在和一般过去两种时态,有时也能表示将来。所有其他时态(包括将来时)须用be able to加动词不定式来表示。例如:They have not been able to come to Beijing.他们没有能到北京来。【辨析】be able to/ can (1)can表示“本能”或能够,有一般时和过去时,后接动词原形一起构成谓语。 I can sing the English song.我会唱这首英语歌。A baby can cry when it is h

    9、ungry.婴儿饿的时候会哭闹。 (2)be able to 后接动词原形,表示“能够”,多指一个人经过后天的努力从而获取的一种“能力”,有各种时态。 If you work hard, you will be able to master English.What about.(P8):1、询问情况或打听消息。当对方谈的事情不明确,需要询问清楚时,也可用这一句型。如:Id like a cup of tea. What about you? 我想喝杯茶,你呢?2、向对方提出建议或请求,相当于句型Would you like.? 语气很委婉。如:What about having some b

    10、read?Would you like some bread? 吃些面包好吗?3、寒暄时用作承接上下文的转折语。如:Im a student. What about you? 我是学生,你呢?4、询问天气或身体等状况。如:What about the weather in your city? 你们城市的天气情况如何?5、征求对方的看法或意见。如:What about this bike? 这辆自行车怎么样?ready 准备be ready to do/be ready for/ get ready to do/get ready for(1)be ready to do和be ready f

    11、or表示“已作好的准备”,强调状态(2)get ready to do和get ready for表示“为做准备”,强调行为。如:Im ready to do anything you want me to do. 我愿意/随时准备做一切做你要我做的事。Im ready for any questions you may ask.我愿意/随时准备回答你可能问的问题。Hes getting ready to leave for Tokyo.他正准备动身去东京。Lets get ready for the hard moment.我们为这一艰难时刻作好准备吧。(3)be ready to do 通

    12、常可理解“乐于做某事”,即思想上总是有做某事的准备。be not ready to do表示“不轻易做某事”。如:Hes usually not ready to listen to others.他通常不轻易听从别人。as作副词,表示程度,意为“同样地”。在“asas”,“not asas”结构中的第一个as是副词,作“和与(不)一样”解。Jack is as tall as his father杰克和他的父亲一样高。He doesnt speak English asso fluently as you他的英语说得不如你流利。as作介词。作“如,像”解。eg:They got united

    13、 as one man他们团结得像一个人一样。作“充当,作为”解。eg:As a writer,he was famous作为作家,他是很有名的。promise vt.允诺,许诺;给人以的指望或希望vi.许诺;有指望,有前途n.许诺;希望,指望;允诺的东西make a promise许下诺言 keep ones promose保守诺言 break ones promise打破诺言,说话不算数 promise sb. to do sth.答应某人做某事 be good at擅长于=do well in【辨析】be good for/ be good to/ be good for 表示对有好处,
